Baader Fundation for Development launched

Baader Fundation for Development launched today in Hodeidah a healthy community project funded by Oxfam. The opening of the project will be followed by the opening of the training course for health educators entitled "Cholera Disease Prevention Methods and Methods".

In the course of four days, 30 participants will learn about a number of topics related to epidemiology in general and the cholera epidemic in particular, types and mechanisms, methods of prevention and treatment, Holding educational sessions and linking them to changing societal behaviors aimed at reducing epidemics. At the opening, Hisham Al-Asbahi, project coordinator, explained the importance of the "Healthy Community" project at the present time and the role of civil society organizations in the spread of the epidemic, especially in Al-Hodeidah governorate which will be implmanted.

For his part, Dr. Walid Al-Emad, deputy director of the health office in Hodeidah, stressed the role of organizations facing the cholera epidemic as well as governmental efforts. He also pointed to the great educational role that will be played by a healthy community project. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Khalid Al-Shamiri, Deputy Director of the Planning Office in Hodeidah, Dr. Yahya Al-Junaid, Health Coordinator in Doura, and Mr. Ahmed Al-Hakami, Communication and Communication Coach, and the mechanisms for holding educational sessions. # Community_citizen # young_private_family_culture #Baader #Baader
