"Baader concludes the rehabilitation workshops for the education teams within the project of prevention in the inner neighborhood"
Bader Foundation, with the support of UNICEF,
concluded the training workshops within the Weqaya project as the first stage of the project implemented in Al-Himaa internal administration in Sana'a governorate.
The session focused on the comprehensive definition of cholera and diphtheria and their mechanisms of prevention and methods of education through mosques through Friday sermons and sessions held at the mosque at different times, as well as the role of women in family health, the role of theater and public activities in promoting the culture of society and raising awareness in life-saving messages,
The participants in this workshop are all socially influential and work to change behavior significantly because of their ability to deliver such important information about cholera and diphtheria prevention measures.
During the training phase, the Weqaya project worked on preparing and qualifying 20 preachers, 20 midwives, 20 gifted and 40 mobile volunteers on preventive measures and various community education on cholera and diphtheria. Sana'a.
