The Volunteer Training Unit of Baader Foundation for Development launched Monday the volunteer program "Volunteer and Bader 4" which aims to build and develop the capacity of 60 young men and women in several skills.
The participants were trained today to communicate with the trainer Boushra Bahlouli.
Tomorrow, participants will develop their knowledge in the "Teamworkers" axis.
The "Volunteer and Bader 4" program aims at honing and building the capacity of the volunteers and empowering them in many fields, which makes them volunteers with efficiency and illusion.
