On Thursday evening, December 27, 2018, the Bader Foundation held the "World Volunteer Day and the Foundation's Volunteers" event, as the Foundation is an important volunteer program within its programs.

Which in turn depends on the rehabilitation of young volunteers in the institution, where a group of young volunteers talked about the stories of success in the volunteer program and volunteering the opportunity to learn and gain more experience.
The event also included a puppet theater by the Volunteer Unit led by the Unit Coordinator, Ms. Ahlam Al-Issawi, Chairperson of the Foundation, said that the Foundation's management considers the volunteers to be the foundation of the Foundation in all its programs and activities and all voluntary and funded projects.
Al-Issawi praised that many are surprised by the existence of a special unit to volunteer in the institution and believe that it may be a burden on them but the reality says otherwise, because Bader founded on the principles of volunteerism and initiative.
Al-Issawi said in her interview that voluntary work can not be compared to it and that the honoring of the institution is only a simple expression of thanks and gratitude to the Foundation for their efforts for the benefit of the institution and that volunteering is an open world that cannot be framed or monopolized.

Aseelah Said, a volunteer at the Foundation, spoke about volunteering and volunteering means a capsule of happiness and a way to achieve her dreams and ambitions.
This event was a commemoration of World Volunteer Day and a declaration that the Foundation was opening its doors to volunteers all the time.
The attendees then went to see the puppet theater, which was held by the unit, which spoke after the play, Mr. Said Hassan .. coordinator of the protection program that the theater is not only for laughter, but a tool to deliver a message and volunteering as good in the world as well as good in the other.
